RRX SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Note: During "Drop" periods or sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days due to high volume.

We do not ship on weekends or NSW public holidays, unless local drop off.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship nationwide via Australia Post or StarTrack. All orders include a tracking number sent via email once the order is dispatched.

Sydney Local Pickup: We offer local pickup. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.
3. International Shipping
RRX ships worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery: 7–21 Business Days.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any local customs, duties, or taxes incurred upon entry into your country. RRX is not responsible for these additional charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your gear is packed and out the door, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. RRX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is "Returned to Sender" due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost: If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, please contact us at rrxculture@outlook.com.

Damaged: If your RRX gear arrives damaged due to transit, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
